DEFINITIONS

The supplier shall refer trading as "DECOR FOR HIRE"from here on in. The hirer entering into contract will be referred to as "the hirer" from here on in.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU MAKE A BOOKING 

1. All our hire items prices displayed on our website are excluding delivery fee, set up fee, late pick up fee (if needed), and GST. The bond fee from $100 will be applied to all the orders to cover the damage if happens. Our hire period is only on the weekend, if you need to hold for a long day like 3-5 days there is $50 extra per day will be applied.

2. Our delivery fee starts at $120 and will increase based on delivery location, if the venue has stairs so we have to carry our set up go upstairs there will incur an extra fee so please make sure you give us the full information about the space we will need to set up.

3. Minimum hire is from $300 plus delivery. Set up fee from $60 based on 1 hour set up plus depending on how big the setup is. A late pick-up fee of $100 will apply from 10 pm till midnight.

4. There is no DIY hire as our decor items are elegant and special selected to our stock is most delicate and fragile.

5. After receiving your invoice, you got 48 hours to make the decision by paying us a deposit of $100 non-refundable is a must to secure your booking day and hire items. The rest will need to pay off 1 week before your event to make sure funds are clear. If the deposit is not made during the period time, “Decor For Hire” can hire out in general public without being responsible for your events day. There is no cash on delivery, or no allowed to pay on the day. Everything will be noted in writing and fully paid prior to the setup day by direct bank transfer.

6. With floral, we can do both in artificial or fresh floral, price according to the arrangement size and layout, fresh floral is more expensive as they take time to buy, prep and handling with care also store them to make sure they are amazing fresh for your events day.

7. With balloons, we can do both organic balloons garland or custom colour balloons, helium balloon bouquets, and personalize balloon gifts or any type of balloons if we are available in stock. Please message us for the price according to size and style.

8. With the proposal set up, our package is $599 plus delivery will be included “MARRY ME” letters, rose petals, and a disposable red carpet, if you require a heavy-duty carpet there is $120 will be applied to steam clean our carpet. Candle, florals, or/and balloons is an additional fee.  And the proposal set up will only do on a flat clean floor, no windy condition weather or risky moving condition like on the boat or set up on the high bar so make sure you give us full information to avoid disappointment. If we feel at risk, we can say no or the bond is very high to cover our equipment in case they damage.

9. “Decor For Hire” reserves the right to refuse to hire any of our equipment to any person for any reason if we know there is a risk to hire or not meet our requirement at the minimum hire price.

10. Clients consent to “Decor For Hire” use of event photos for marketing purposes provides to us whether for profit or not.

11. If you wish to cancel or just simply change your mind, there is an admin fee of $80 that will be applied for our time organized and you lose your deposit. Any extra credit if you already paid in full will be redeemed for your next hire but non-refundable.
